Tried to update name of server and now stuck in unknown for about an hour.
Servers been inaccessible just about all weekend now. Problem after problem.
I'm sure it's not for a lack of trying on SS's end... I just think perhaps they bit off more than they can chew and are overextending and overpopulating their virtual hosts.
Might be time for a refund if they can't get a handle on this like yesterday.

When was the last time a staff member posted? My server is in the unknown shit again... now says stopped...
