    Hello, guys.

     

    I would like to start by saying that I like a lot the service that you guys at SS provide and the ease of usage of interface and the way servers work. All is excellent. I already own a cluster server with The Island and Scorched earth.

     

    With the Aberration DLC coming in october I would like to add the 3rd server to my cluster so my players would benefit from the full story. Right now tech support says that this feature is not available. I would like to know if you think you will have it ready before october or even if your are working on it, or maybe you dont even plan to add this feature.

  3. Server randomly crashing all the time, ok. But what happened today, is worse.

    Hello!

    Been running a Conan server since release, and havent had any problems except the occasional lag and crash.

    Today before I went to work, I saw there was 8 people online. 5 hours later ALL the same players were still online with 5+ hours played and counting. I contacted one of them IRL, and he said last he was on was 5 hours ago.

    So I figured the server had crashed, but still showed/responded as running.

    But here comes my major issue now..

     

    When I did a restart of the server, it came up with only the [No/EU] in servername.
    The only way I could get the full name, was by having no spaces between "[NO/EU]-name-harvest"

     

    But when I did that, the server name did indeed change back, BUT! Followed by "adminpassword=" and so on. This is crazy!?

     

    What is this?

    I have tried several names, restart, update, validate. Nothing.

     I had also all the issues you mentioned.

    Also I thought the server was online but with the same players. Restarted, the same got only the first word.

  8. Max Wild Dino Level not at 120?!?!

    Hello.
    I think you need to set the value for DifficultyOffset parameter.
     
    The ideea is the more difficult the server is the higher is the level of the dinos.
     
    I think if you set DifficultyOffset=1 you will get what you need.
     
    Here is my setting on The Center and I get 150 level dinos (max level on The Center is 150)

  11. Server Status "Unknown?"

    Hello guys. It is the 3rd time this week that my server has unknown status. Server id 21646. It is very annoying for me and my players cause i am on vacation and always have to watch it in case it is down. Every time you solve this issue it is just a temporary fix. Also my panel says the server is located in Germany but ark-servers.net says it is in France. Also sometimes the save and some recent backups are corrupted and I have to load backup from 24 hours ago losing a lot of progress. Your services were very nice that is why I paid up front for 1 year but now I dont know what to say... in 5 day 3 times server was down...
