  1. I was a bit confused by what you meant, but I settled on that you meant the top setting was for fireplaces (campfires, hearths, etc) and the bottom for torches, and there is no "Master Enable" setting for the section.

However, it seems that it indeed is a master enable setting because with Top=Off and Bottom=On, neither torches nor fireplaces are infinitely-fueled. The wording was changed in the CP, but it seems I still cannot disable infinite fuel for campfires while enabling infinite fuel for torches.

To clarify, I'm pretty sure this is how it is behaving:

Disable Fireplaces Need Refill - Checked
Only Torches Need Refill - Checked
Fires (campfires) and torches have infinite fuel
    -------------------------
Disable Fireplaces Need Refill - Unchecked
Only Torches Need Refill - Checked
Section is disabled, all fires and torches need refueling
    -------------------------
Disable Fireplaces Need Refill - Unchecked
Only Torches Need Refill - Unchecked
Section is disabled, all fires and torches need refueling

It will follow the server config if you are using 0.9.0.

NEW  Server Config & Version Control (About Version Enforcement) [0.9+]
As soon as you join any server that is running 0.9 or later you will be able to automatically receive the configuration of the server. You do not need to do any additional steps. By default the enforceMod=true setting is enabled, if you turn it off you can join unmodded server. If a server has enforceMod enabled only people with the correct v+ version will be able to join.

    Thank goodness, and thank you.

I guess the github installation instructions are out of date, then. What page can I see this text you've pasted?

Have you tried manually installing through FTP?  I've been doing that since the start and never had an issue.

Just using the built-in functions in the SS control panel.

    Guy found the solution:

If you are having account specific issues, please submit a support ticket and we will help you! The issues people are having are not all related and must be looked at individually.

This "incompatible version" issue is pretty widespread it would seem. We're all up-to-date on versions and getting the same error.. I feel like it's all related.

Mine installed 0.9.0.  If it has been a while since you updated Valheim+ you need to select no mod then save settings and restart server.  Pick Valheim+ in the dropdown and save settings and restart server again.  You will need to go through the Valheim config again because things changed on the 0.9.0 version.  Just modify your config and hit save configuration button at the bottom of Valheim config.

I could be wrong.. but I'm pretty sure Straggiz is just sharing what he deliberately did that fixed the problem (install 0.8.6), and you're telling him to do something else which is what everyone else has done and what has given them the error.
