[Adding Sub Users]

Hello, i've been trying to add sub users to my Space Engineers server, so they can start, stop, and restart the server.
But I can't seem to figure out how, I see the sub user tab and I add their email, username and a password for them but they can't log in.

What am I doing wrong?
