As soon as you're server is set up you should be able to just simply click on the "my account" and "my gameservers". If you click on your server you should be leaded to a new window where u can change the name, time and different settings of the server. As far as I know at least - If you take a look at the video on the main homepage they're actually explaining it pretty well. In that window you'll find all informations you need to go to your FTP and so on. Thanks in advance,

You just bought it today? Have some patience. There is a lot to running a service. I have never had a problem, and have 2 servers here. Sometimes there are delays. Hi again over here, Thanks for your answer. I'm going to wait until tomorrow I guess and hopefully we can set up our server and play on it for the first time. Apparently I'm waiting for more than 30 minutes now. Waiting the whole evening, along with all my clan mates, just sitting in Teamspeak and constantly refreshing the page. Nothing's moving. It would be great to hear how long it possibly could take to set our servers up. Maybe an admin could give us a shout/answer. Thanks in advance,

Hi there, I'm waiting for my server too for about 30 minutes, not seconds now. I don't know what's going on. And I feel weird looking at the forums, since a lot of customers seem to have the same problem but no one is actually helping them out. Did I just got mugged for about 60$? I hope I didn't. Hi there, I'm a little bit confused. I literally paid the Invoice for my Epoch Server a few minutes ago but I can't manage to find it anywhere. If I'm clicking on "My Account" and then "Game Severs" I can't find anything. What's wrong here? Or am I supposed to see my server somewhere else? I can't change the name, I can't see any files. It's just empy, but the money on my PayPal-Account is gone. Someone help me? Janis
