[Why Does Server Re-caching Never Take Just 5 Minutes]

I've been waiting for 30 minutes and it still says, "Backup server re-caching list. Please check back in 5 minutes." 

This is the second time it's done this. Anyway to avoid it in the future?

Got a response from SurvivalStats already:

Sadly the epic version is having issues with the password feature right now. The developers are working on it but not sure when the update will be out. For the server not showing up the Epic server list is currently having some issues finding servers.

You can typically find it after refreshing a bunch of times or by entering different parts of your server title and then refreshing a few times.

This is a known bug that Wildcard has yet to fix. We're waiting for the developers.

Also, I didn't realize you have to download Crystal Isles. I thought it was included in the game already. 

 

 

 

[Help! Can't Log Onto Server Through Epic]

I can find the server, but when I enter in my password, nothing happens. I'm just taken back to Epic's game browser window and the Ark game page is in the background. What gives with this? Also, when I go back to the game to join Ark, I cannot find my server again.  No matter how many times I refresh, it doesn't show up. Any ideas?
