[Is Cluster server INI different than Parent server?]

When im on the parent server my health is in the 700's
When i go to the clustered server my health doubles  I am confused

This was not toggled on for us after update I had to toggled it myself also, I just unchecked it and did server restart and now nothing at all is active so I will recheck it soon.

[Valentine's Event]

On our server, there is not a single Coel fish that has the hearts that can caught for the Valentines event. I did the commadn to kill all dinos in world after we enabled the Valentines event.

Any idea why?
