  1. Our server has been crashing all day. We have submitted support tickets but the responses varried from copy-paste responses that were completely irrelevant to the problem, to written responses that offer no information. Support seems to be greatly lacking. It seems as though they don't know what the problem is at all and are giving us the run around.

I'm doing my best to maintain reasonable expectations for this server host, given the state of the game, however; Auto-restart Notifications are not a feature, they are a Basic Complement to the auto restarts themselves. Allow me to elaborate; I pay real money and invest real efforts to fill my community servers- however, because you've implemented an automated restart system without notifications, when the server goes down, my community assumes the server has crashed due to host instability & effectively negates my efforts to have filled it thus far, in addition to tangibly emptying the server thereafter. Also, why it is an automated system would be hard-coded into the server infrastructure without additionally adding the saveworld admin command is tremendously baffling. Please heed this complaint. Thanks.
  3. I don't think it's unreasonable to request to know what SPECIFICALLY, is allotted in terms of HARDWARE & RESOURCE consumption to a 70 slot Ark: Survival Evolved server rent from this host. This is a $55 a month charge, and with such a price tag, it should go without having to be requested that this information should be publicly listed. And also, do you make any guarantees in this regard? I need to know that I'm making a sensible business decision, especially in terms of evaluating your competitors similar services. I'm particularly adamant about being given this information because our server is fairly laggy at even 15 concurrent connections. This is unacceptable when we are paying for a mysterious package that should reasonably sustain 70 slots. Thanks in advance.
  4. As indicated in the title, I currently have the server set to auto-restart every 4 hours for the sake of keeping lag and rubberbanding under control. Unfortunately the server auto save doesn't line up with the restarts. Last restart I had players reporting losing up to 30 minutes of progress. I've looked around and there doesn't seem to be a known way to edit the auto save times. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Should I disable auto-restart in the mean time and just restart when it feels needed? Also, does anyone know a way to have rolling notifications? Are we still waiting for RCON support to enable things like that? Any help would be much appreciated!
  5. When I try to connect via FTP to the server, the connection is refused. Is there a reason for this? Error via WinSCP No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Connection failed. Error via FileZilla Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". Error: Could not connect to server
  6. Tried hitting update but no luck. It doesn't show me my ark version either Just says Ark Version????? edit: forcing update did the trick! ty!
  7. I'm having the same issue. Purchased over an hour ago but server is set to "Stopped" and won't start. Submited a support ticket as well #111795
