Below is a short tutorial to OP yourself in minecraft.

Manual OP: 

Shut the server down
Log into your FTP client with filezilla or winscp
Edit the OP.json file
Add the following and switch out the name and uuid with yours

             _ You can get the uuid from this link https://mcuuid.net/
            -The name is your minecraft username 
-Save and re upload 

Rcon OP:

Make sure your server is started
Download McRcon and log in to your server with it https://survivalservers.com/wiki/index.php?title=McRcon
When logged in type "OP Username" without the quotes and change Username to your minecraft name
You are now OP
