custom modding of servers

HI all,

I am just wondering, are all the mods available to Miscreated Dedicated Servers....are they supposed to work....all of them? Are they maintained somehow, or are there some

mods that are expired or non functional.

Secondly, is there a particular order of which to load them? I ask this, as I have had some mods stop working, when I switched out the loading sequence. Some even stopped working altogether, and I am wonder why this behavior?? 

I am curious as to how to solve this.

Thirdly, how can I contact other server owners, to find out what actually works and what does not???
