Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted August 3, 2020 It's not as simple as that. This is a generic post and the response was to let the customer know we looked at their issue and figured it out. Something as generic as "my server won't start" does not have a single answer and requires account specific looking into. That's why we don't allow these types of posts on the boards.
