Localbandaid 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2020 I am currently considering renting a server, but I have a quick question before proceeding that I'm hoping someone can help me better understand. Can I transfer player characters and dinos from one map to another while on a single server setup? Essentially could I have members upload w/e they needed to upload to an ob and then have it downloadable on the next map we choose to boot up. To be clear I am willing to do manual file transfer from one to the next if this is a possibility. Myself and my friends are kind of looking at swapping maps every couple of weeks to sort of play them all, but would like to essentially play like you would on the normal server cluster by transferring stuff between them. zeldei 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2020 Yes, you can. You upload it to the terminal/obelisk. I would recommend not uploading creatures in crypods though. I have had problems with them reverting to level 1 unless youa re moving from 1 server to a cluster. But you can upload your guy and tames. Then shut down the server, switch map.
