I tried to spawn it in via admin commands but I am not able to get it, variations I've tried:

cheat cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Armor/Skin/PrimalItemSkin_HawaiianShirt_Bulbdog.PrimalItemSkin_HawaiianShirt_Bulbdog'" 1 0 0
