cobhs_justin 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2020 I'm confused by a lot of mixed messaging regarding installing mods on the server. The wiki says to use FTP to install mods into the mods folder, but as mentioned on the forums, users don't have permission to install .jar files onto the server. According to the SurvivalServers FAQ, there is some sort of "order form" for installing mods, which I've never been able to find. But the FAQ does seem a little dated and geared toward the ARMA/ARMA 2 servers, so maybe that order form just doesn't exist on the Minecraft servers. In the open a new ticket form, the options for the Help Topic are "General Support," "Paid Mod Work Support," and "Sales." So does mod installation fall under General Support, or is all mod work Paid Mod Work, and if so where is the order information? Capps 43 Report post Posted May 4, 2020 You can just submit a ticket under "General Support", please include a link to the pack you'd like to install or a download link to a zip file containing all mods you'd like uploaded!
