No grounded dragons

Hi 

Playing single player on PS4.

I cannot find ANY grounded dragons. The second you aggro one, if not flying already, it takes to the air. I managed to tame a lvl 28 flame dragon that was flying but nothing else. The flying ones are impossible unless you can shrug off their attacks.  Every video that shows grounded dragons, those dragons ain't grounded anymore.

Am I missing something? HELP!!!
