Tallon 21 Report post Posted February 2, 2019 I requested 2 of my old servers be susspended a week ago so I could afford to add that money to expanding my Atlas setup, Today I log in & my Atlas account has been Susspended & my other 2 are still up & running, I get an Invoice for the Atlas server which ive just paid & its saying its canceled so ive no idea whats going on.... (7 Days to Die) GAME SERVER ID #50750 (ARK: Survival Evolved (PC)) GAME SERVER ID #78552 (Atlas) SUSPENDED [PVE] Xpx10 Hx30 T20 Custom Map + Creature Stats War3zuk I put a ticket in ages ago asking for this to be sorted, It wasnt much to ask to get it right..... Transaction ID 4BL264486E896861E This needs Refunding as it was meant to be the payment for the Atlas server..... Not sure what caused it but defo feel left out haha already did a support ticket when i noticed it but didnt realize you guys dont work over the weekends or maybe its just in the UK ive no idea....
