Brand New Server Intervention locked and not starting for no reason? What gives??

So I bought a server more than 12 h ago, and as of yet I've been unable to use it since the server keeps "Staff Intervention" locking when I try to change and save any changes in the online interface. 

 

It shows a box where it says to wait at least 5 minutes, but I waited for more than an hour (twice now) and nothing starts. Whats more, I let it run over night and the server wasn't even started in the morning, so the operation must've just aborted?

 

It shows this message for an exorbitant amount of time:

Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "start" which started 01/16/2019 04:08:18 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed.

Can I expect to be hit with hour long load times for every server (re)start or option change? This is ridiculous, no paying customer should have to put up with this, especially (but not exclusively) when the server is literally BRAND NEW and uses the DEFAULT settings.

 

I fear for performance as a whole after this experience, so the server better flawlessly handle the 150 players I paid for.

Please submit a support ticket so we can look into this for you, because that load time is most definitely too long, my apologies!
