Nataz 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2018 I just got a new card from the bank last week, since my old one expired. But I can't add it to pay for my servers, It keeps getting rejected, and now one server has been terminated and another is on the way. My brother managed to pay for one of them with paypal, but I need to be able to add my new card to be able to keep my remaining servers online. Is there something I am missing? I guess I´m doing something wrong somehow. Any ideas? For some reason I cant create a login to send tickets from, the support page says it sent me an email to respond to in order to activate an account but nothing so far, and it's been days.
