Derrin 3 Report post Posted August 15, 2017 Yes it is possible. Do you need the information on how to use the FTP? What do you want to change the values to? First off you will need to download the GameUserSettings.ini file and add these values. Under [serverSettings] and before [/script/DNL.ShooterGameUserSettings] XPMultiplier=2.012146 TamingSpeedMultiplier=5.043607 ResourcesRespawnPeriodMultiplier=0.4053518 PlayerCharacterWaterDrainMultiplier=0.5 PlayerCharacterFoodDrainMultiplier=0.5 DinoCharacterFoodDrainMultiplier=0.5 These values will increase XP by 2.012146 times. Increase taming speed by 5X and increase the resource respawn by a little less than half what it is now. PLayer food and water drain is halved. Dino food drain is halved. Then you will need to get the Game.ini file and add these values in below [/script/dnl.shootergamemode] CraftXPMultiplier=1.62 GenericXPMultiplier=2.04313 And that is it. Upload the new files and choose overwrite. I would then restart your server. Pat
DeezGames 28 Report post Posted August 15, 2017 There is a tutorial on the FTP useage in one of the stickied posts above. Additionally, there is also the correct file path once you're in that FTP in a reply to it. Something else to note, Only access the FTP while your server is Stopped, to preserve its stability. Once complete, Start your server back up with either Derrin's suggestions, or your own values, and you should be good to go, It should also be noted that our Custom Config tool is being worked on all the time, and new "ease of access" settings will be added to it as often as we are able. So keep an eye out for new features there as well!
