MissyBDK 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2017 Hello there Im not sure if Im blined but would it be possible for sub user with full access to a server have the ability to create a ticket. I have my own server and would really want my sub user to be able to send ticket while Im gone if issues occur. The same when he had issue on his I couldnt send a ticket.
