I keep getting one shot by dinos, and I cannot damage them.

I recently purchased a Survival Servers Ark Server and I set up all the rates I wanted, when I logged in I kept getting insta-killed by dinos, and when I try to damage them, they don't seem to take any damage. My difficulty is at 0, my player resistance and damage is 1, my dino resistance and damage is 1.
