Serverconfig Help

Hello I would like help please changing some game settings like the day/night cycle time like to get 120 minutes (90mins days/30mins night) or whatever. I've downloaded filezilla and located the serverconfig files for my server but i CANNOT edit the values. i couldnt edit the text when it opened up in microsoft explorer so i changed the default file editer to notepad which allows me to change the value. i've saved both config files on my pc and on the server side in FTP and restarted the server at the top of SS control panel where it says Start/Stop etc (because if you click the bottom button it restarts ur server as default) HOWEVER after booting up the server again, it seems like nothing has changed, the day/night cycle seems to be as standard.

so please, anyone, come to my aid.

The best thing I can say to do is to go into your Filezilla server files and view the existing Serverconfig file to see if it is actually changed server side.   Make sure that the files actually transfer, at times my files didn't transfer when I thought they did.  Make sure they are in the "Successful Transfers" area

I tried FileZilla myself but I found winscp is far better at this.  I switched because I was trying my dandiest with FileZilla but didn't take for some reason or another then I went to winscp and it worked like a charm just open the game file in note++ or something similar then edit and upload to winscp.
