Can't Place Items From Mods After Adding Mod

Support was able to add a mod to our server but now two of our older mods have stopped working (might be more but so far out of them we've found two that will not work.)

What happens is when we go to place a mod item down (which we could do before adding the new mod) it turns green like you can place it but when we click to place nothing happens, it just goes back in our inventory. If we pick up already placed items from the mods we then can not set them back down.

We've been now a day and half unable to use our server as before the server just wouldn't start up and now we can't place things from the mods we use.

I sent in another reply (yesterday) to support about the issue but I am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this issue or should I just wait for support?

Update: Support just got back to me right after I posted this (hehehe my luck right?) Anyways, going to do what they advised and see if that works, will update if there are any problems. If anyone else has this issue you can post here, just in case this might be part of some bigger issue.

Update 2: Did the Clean Mod Folder and still the mods will not allow us to place items, if we pick up what we had down already we can't place it again... this is very weird. Anyways back to waiting for support, who've been doing a great job helping us, hopefully they can figure out what's going on and get it all working again.

Update 3: Day 3 and server is fixed. Turns out had to run Clean CMD Folder, was told only to clean mod folder but seems that one had to be cleaned as well. A friend of mine who has a server with survivalservers told me to give that a try and thanks to them it worked. So if anyone has this issue be sure to do both clean mod folder and clean cmd folder, if still bugs out send in a ticket.
