Codokine 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2017 I purchased a server rental this AM. Payment processed properly. All is well. Upon trying to start the server, a timer appears and proceeds, but upon completion server status stays as "Stopped". I submitted a ticket to support. I have received no email conformation about my ticket, nor have I received a ticket number. When I tried to register on the support page, an email was supposedly sent to me. No such email has been received in either my Inbox or Spam folders. When attempting to log into the support page I merely receive an Access Denied prompt. I have rented servers in the past and have never had such problems or lack of communication from the companies I have previously dealt with. Will be quickly cancelling service if no contact is made.
