Trying to access my server results in a HTTP ERROR 500

Hi there, just rented a server, and when I go to the server link inside the console, it leads me to an error page pasted below. Any help with this would be appreciated. I also opened a ticket #106554.

 

The survivalservers.com page isn’t working

survivalservers.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
