Supersith 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2016 I am at a loss of what to do since my ticket has gone unanswered all day. I did not manually go into the site to pay for the server as the email stated it would be charged to my credit card on file. I figured it was all good. It wasn't. The server is now "Suspended" and worst of all there is not a single link I can find that will let me pay you guys/gals. Really hope my server is not wiped due to this issue. Any assistance that I can get with this would be greatly appreciated as I'd love to give you money so my friends and I don't lose countless hours of Ark time. hillhopper 3 Report post Posted October 23, 2016 I had trouble close to this the other day. I changed a cc number and there was no way I saw to update or pay early.
