Server Crashing when spawning or forcetaming

Whenever I try to spawn a dino into my server the server crashes. It also crashes whenever I try to forcetame a dino. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm fairly new to using these servers but i've spent a lot of time going through other forums to figure most problems out. But this one no one seams to of asked about. Any help would be appreciated since its making things hard for my friends and I to play.
