my account is suspended, and im trying to pay but the My account button in the control panel doesnt work

i sent in a ticket this morning like 5-6 hours ago. the email i had gotten says there is a midnight deadline, and were getting closer to that time and noone is responding for me to pay for the server?  

 

there was email sent a few days prior to this event, but they were in my spam box so i did not recieve any email notifications, and i didnt even find the emails untill after the suspension

 

i read a forum post that said it has to do with the card on the account, but with the my account option locked out, how am i supposed to fix it or even update it.

 

i wish there was phone support, or some way to send a message with priority to be viewed if not acted on 

 

the players on the server and i would be pretty sad if the entire server was deleted, and i been trying to pay all day.

thanks for the response amazingly fast. 

 

i created one this morning, kinda made a bit of an ass out of myself because i posted a few times and i saw the dont bump message at the bottom and was like crap  but they were within a few mins of one another,   i posted like 4-5 hours after that bc im worried with the time constraint of midnight.  and i didnt want to add a new ticket to spam you with the same issue so i replied on the same one ( to my understanding postponding the ticket to be viewed).

 

i guess just hold tight and wait then? i realize you guys are busy and im not trying to rush the admins.

i just dont want the server to get deleted =/
