I can log into the control panel and see that my order is active and my invoice is fully paid, but the server list doesn't show anything. Good thing they got the details related to taking payments worked out. Now they just need to figure out how to get the part about actually provided services worked out... CanuckVaper 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2016 You have to access the server via the IP address. Open steam, add it to server favorites for ark, and connect. Once it's in your favorites it can be accessed, I've never had it show up when I search it, not sure why. Always have to favorite it. I paid for a 50 slot server, but even though "Orders" is on Äctive" and "Invoices" is on "Paid", there is no server listed under my Control Panel (Game Servers ?). So how long does it usually take before someone gets login details like IP-adres and Port ? And will I get an email or something when all is up and running ?
