How To Add you're Self as an Admin to you're own Server ?

I am trying to setup my server so I am an Admin but it keeps telling me i am not an Admin for my Server whenever I type in a command for the Plug ins for Oxide... 

 

Do I need To use the "Custom Pentameters for this option ?

So not being well versed with any of this. I copy and pasted the line

 

host 12971;addadmin YOURSTEAM64ID;creativemode 1

 

From the parmeters helper box in the custom launch parameters box. I replaced the steam64ID with my own making sure to leave the spacing exactly the same in the parameters line. When I do this my server wont start, so I'm assuming that I am doing something incorrect but since I don't have any context to view these lines in and its unclear to me exactly what I should be typing I haven't been able to troubleshoot this on my own. To me those almost look like 3 separate commands but I just don't know, and trying every combination then waiting at least 15 minutes for the server to restart (or not) is just not an efficient way to figure this out. Been working on it for about 3 hours now, hopefully some one can explain this a little more clearly.

After playing with it a little more i seem to have gotten it to work. I am not really clear on what i did differently, i do appreciate the offer of help and if i have any more issues i may take you up on it. ty
