Horrible loot quality PLS HELP

Hey so i've been having this issue with my loot quality, i played ark with my friend a few months back and his settings were completely different to mine, eg his grinder didn't give him as much loot, the max lvl on wild dinos was 300 etc. but one issue has been bugging me for a while; everytime i try to open supply drops they all give me horrible loot, i even opened the red one and i get cloth armour or stone pickaxes, what should i do? (suply drop quality has been set to max in-game)

You can try upping Supply Crate Loot Quality Multiplier,  the default = 1

Some folks report setting it to 2 is decent, but you can play around with it.

Also, this is different than overall game difficulty, which if increased also increases loot quality.
