Where are the server backups

Where are the server backups? I tried using the server UI but to no avail it doesn't restore any previous backups it has listed. I connect to the FTP and I only see 1 folder in SaveGames as well. A lot of the people on my server had their profile corrupted so I'm trying to roll it back.
