How long is your Server Boot Time

How long is  your boot time on Survival Servers?  I know the popup windows states actions could take up to 20 or 30 minutes, but what is your typical boot time?

I'm asking because mine has never taken less than 45 minutes.  Here is today's log.

You can see Full Startup takes 2852.07 seconds, which is 47 minutes.  I"ve tried every different method to reduce the time.  For example, no mods, fresh wipe, map changes, skip updating, clean folders, etc...
