Newbie question: How do I start running Mods on my server?

Hello everyone

I hope you are all well.  I have run through the game with friends and would like to start looking at some different mods to extend capabilities.  I really do not know where to start.  With the exception that I see you can turn on mods in the server.  There are two different choices, one is Valheim Plus and the other is BepinX.  Not sure which one to choose.  Is that then all I need to do? Or do I also have to download the mods somewhere?  

Any help and suggestions would be awesome.
