Server stuck on starting and cannot restart or modify.

i restarted my server the other day and then saw a "Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "start" which started 12/30/2021 01:25:10 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is complete"

I do not know what to do. i would like to change my settings and restart, but there is no way for me to do so.

I'm having this same issue. "Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "stop" which started 01/02/2022 00:54:41 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed. "

However, the other server in my cluster is restarting without issue.

Same issue with both my servers. Worked fine 2 days ago.

My issue was fixed after i sent in a support ticket. They did not explain what happened or why it happened

all they did was respond "This is resolved!"

The issue was likely the active task lock getting hung up. It will bug out from time to time. Anytime you encounter the issue, please send a ticket!

Please submit a ticket if you ever notice this become an issue for a prolonged period. As mentioned in my reply above it is a bug to do with the active task lock.
