Server keeps stopping

Can someone please explain to me why both my Rust server AND my Valheim server seem to just randomly STOP with what seems to be like every 24 hrs. This is getting extremely frustrating. I am not paying money each month to have like 50% uptime and I am about to just cancel this service all together. I understand if there was an update and the server needs a restart but that is not the case when I am constantly being told that two separate servers for two separate games are randomly just offline by players that are trying to connect. I'm tired of checking my control panel only to see my servers stopped for absolutely no reason. I did not set anything and I sure as hell did not tell the servers to randomly just stop. Who wants hosting of a game server that won't stay up longer than 24 hours?

Can someone please help me so I don't have to go hunting for another service that actually has some uptime?

Please submit a support ticket and we can help you out with this issue, as there are some questions regarding what is done to the server we will need to ask. I took a look at each server, and am not seeing anything obvious that would cause the issue, as the machines they are running on have plenty of resources available. Leading me to believe the issue is related to mods or configuration file changes.
