    The server was built shortly after I placed an order, but the on the server page I have the red "your server version may be outdated" message, and the server says stopped. To my knowledge the server has been been in a started state, though I did see it in an "unknown" state one time early Saturday. I cannot access it from the game lobby, the attempt times out. I have read the launch day thread and have tried starting the server and reinstalling the server several times, and from the instructions I am now doing the update/validate command every few hours. So far there has been no change. Please advise.

    I stopped my server for just under a month as I was not playing ARK, but have a current and ongoing subscription with Survival Servers. I have tried to start up the server and restart the server but the server is still saying "Stopped" and is not appearing on the loading screen. Any advice?

    Good afternoon, Yesterday I bought my first minecraft server. It all worked like it should until I tried to delete my minecraft server-world through FTP. After many attempts trying to delete the "world"-file, I gave up and closed WinSCP without being able to delete it. I restarted my PC and hoped that would solve the problem. Then when I opened up WinSCP and logged in to my FTP-server, almost all the server files was gone. The files left was; "com", "commons-io", "cpw", "de", "net", "org" and "trove". Now, when I try starting up my server again, nothing happens. The control panel-site just refreshes itself and the server stays down. What may be the problem?

    ​Last night the server kept stopping. I would have to restart it. Eventually its just stopped working over all, restart didn't work. Eventually, once I got it back up and running the server did not have any saves on it, brand new start. And now even if I start a new character it does not save. ​Please help.
