Just attempted to purchase a server though this site, only to have it never appear in my server control panel list despite being paid for. How can I either make it appear or get a refund for the money I was just charged? Account email is [email protected], with displayname RyanD

Using WinSCP I was in the middle of editing files and got error "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Connection failed." since then I can't get back in and even with chrome I get "Site can't be reached 107.173.81.x refused to connect (I put the x there because I am not sure if it's okay to show the FTP IP.) So this shows that it isn't the program because multiple clients had issues connecting. I have made a firewall and router port rules for 80 and 21 even though it was already working before. That probably means it is an error server side? Which would be weird considering The server can still run fine. I am a first time customer here and I am upset.

After this latest hotfix from Funcom (7/7) we have noticed that one of our mods (Sexiles Extensions) keeps removing itself in-game only. Giving us a modlist error upon log in, even though the mod ID is in the config, and in the server mod ID interface. The mod does not show up on the in-game server details, but it's there host-side? The mod is up to date, so I am stumped. Is it just a hiccup due to the hotfix? Keep reloading until it works?

Hello, I seem be doing something incorrectly on the server. I have an Ark server with Survival and my friend was playing on it. He found a dino that he wanted to transfer over to another server (German server owned by someone else and some other server host). However, he was unable to upload the tamed dino via the obelisk. Then I tried to upload some stones and that too did not work. It does not give me the option to upload anything via the obelisk. Currently we have this setting. NoTributeDownloads=False What are we missing here?

Hello. So i talked with support before buying a server here, and then decided to buy a server from this company. I tried submitting a ticket, the first day i had an answear in 5 minutes. But a VERY short answear, this didnt help me at all.... And now ive been waiting 1.5 days for another answear... So im trying to rather get some help from community I start fixing the server i like with no troubles, abit bad modify tool(compared to what im used with, but i will learn this on the way.) Modify game settings: The levels refuses to work, so i put in a code. Im still inside modify game tool, but on the gami.ini section. I put the code for levels in. [/script/shootergame.shootergamemode] LevelExperienceRampOverrides=(ExperiencePointsForLevel[0]=15,ExperiencePointsForLevel[1]=405,ExperiencePointsForLevel[2]=1605,ExperiencePointsForLevel[3]=2805,ExperiencePointsForLevel[4]=4005,ExperiencePointsForLevel[5]=5205,ExperiencePointsForLevel[6]=6405,ExperiencePointsForLevel[7]=7605,ExperiencePointsForLevel[8]=8805,ExperiencePointsForLevel[9]=10005 ++ I start my server, and i can finally see the levels are working, but then my server is stuck on 255 ping ?? Only change i did, was the level code and my server cant even handle that?? Anyone experienced the same? My server is now unplayable! The code i put in is attached as a file. Best Regards. Fanzhen EDIT: For some reason, after putting in the code in Game.ini (stil linside modifyer) and restarting several times, The player level is 150, but i never added 150 lvls........ and all the other changes ive done, now is deleted and i have to start over. They are also refusing to save any changes i make atm.. lvl500 player, lvl 800 dino.txt
