    So I am a new customer attempting to start a vanilla Ark server. I changed a couple of settings and hit save and restart. It’s been hours now and the server has not started. I submitted a ticket but I wanted to ask if there is something I’m forgetting. When I hit start, should the status change from stopped to something else? Like initializing?

    It told me that my server was out of date so i Updated both my servers i rent from you guys my 60 player rag server and 30 player aberration server . I updated almost 4 hrs ago now and my players still cannot connect because i cannot start my servers . I have created a ticket but again its been over 3 hrs and still no help . I would like some help with this or compensation for time missed with server down . Between the two servers i have spent 135$ and i would really like some help with this issue asap.
