Hey everyone! I've made an API in Python for managing a server without needing to use the control panel in a browser. I made it to help manage the Valheim server that some friends and I use (I plan on making a discord bot that can warn us when the server is down and/or start the server itself when it detects that it is down). It only supports basic actions: start, stop, restart, and info. https://github.com/chr-ibb/sspanel I've seen several posts on these forums either asking for a basic API, or seeking alternatives to manually starting the server if it goes down randomly. Maybe some fellow devs here will find it useful. Bear in mind, this is the first code I've ever published. To any SurvivalServers staff that might see this: I hope this is the right place to post this, I couldn't find a more appropriate place. The API just uses HTTPS requests to log in and do the desired action. Thanks for the great server hosting service! I've had a great time playing Valheim on a SurvivalServers server.

Hi I bought an eco server a day ago just to go straight to support as i could not join it as the connection timed out. Turns out the booting up was the issue and its fixed now. [I lost a day of play time because of this] Question is this: Any news on this control panel update/console for eco? As this is the only way to see when the server is fully booted up. I saw a few people asking about the same a year ago. And the support told me they would ask Ryan but i would like some type of answer for this as it has been some years now.

I was curious as to if there are any plans to update/change the eco panel so that we have more access to data from the server - like a log view, or gui view.

Is there a way to message players on my server from the survival servers control panel? Sometimes I am not in game and just need to tweak something in the config, but i'd like to let people know to expect the server to go down. [Example: "We are going to restart in 5 minutes"] I'd like to not have to log in to the server, just to say something to players, then have to log back out [sounds simple but can be time consuming when loading mods etc]. Right now I am not even able to access my server because I have updated my ark but not my server, and so there are players online right now that I can't warn to expect the server to go down for updating. So I can't even log in to my server to tell them. Is there a way to access my server console via survival servers? Thank you.

Hello there Im not sure if Im blined but would it be possible for sub user with full access to a server have the ability to create a ticket. I have my own server and would really want my sub user to be able to send ticket while Im gone if issues occur. The same when he had issue on his I couldnt send a ticket. So the server was down for a few days. Maybe this already exist but just couldnt find it anywhere /Missy

I'll gladly suck up the fact that you guys (Survival Servers) are having issues and ARE working hard to get everything fixed. Now here is my issue though. Since I have bought (rented) the server on Monday, I have not once been able to get on and enjoy the game on the server that I paid for; A service for which I paid and have yet to receive. I know that the SS team is working to reply to all the open tickets you've received due to your issues, and will eventually reply to my open ticket. Now, since I bought the service on Monday (02/06) and have noticed that "IF" I stick around and don't request a refund, I'll be billed exactly one month from Monday (03/06). How about a credit instead. Once you get the servers running as they should and I am not stuck on the eternal "Started" but "loading" screen; Officially start my server time to that date. It wouldn't be fair to me or anyone else that has bought/renting these servers and from the looks of it the issue were already in place. So, I'll hold out hope that you'll do the right thing and make the official start date once the servers are correctly up and running; or I'll do as everyone else seems to be doing and request a refund and take my business else where.

really just looking for a how to guide to changing values in the control panel server config for things like levels, day night, harvest rate, tame, exp gain, etc. just want to put a quality sever up for my friends and i. looking to kind of "roncoing" the server (you know set it and forget it) just do maintenance, install a couple mods and then have fun with my friends. i love ark and ive done a lot of research and SS seems to be the best over all for doing this but i am new to the whole server admin thing and very green at changing the values. i am not going at this via .ini but am using the tools that SS give you on the control panel. any and all help would be great even if its a link to a page or a doc that i have not found yet. in advance to any and all non troll replies: thank you very much, and happy what ever it is you celebrate... even if its the great t-rex on the hillside. gabeus

I am unable to load up my control panel, when i click onto the unturned server it just loads up a white page and i cannot do anything at all. why is this?
