    Please, can you cancel my server. I have tried to cancel it several times before the 27th, which is the next billing cycle and I haven't even used the server nor has it been up in 2 weeks. Thank you, and if I am charged this month I will be disputing the charge seeing as you can't cancel the server with easy access.

    So, two days ago i got an email saying my server has been canceled and all my game data deleted.. I responded to the mail asking why and got no response. I finally have a day off today, and login to play and my server IS canceled. Not Terminated, Canceled. So I went and did some reading, turns out you have to *request* a cancellation, which I didn't do. I have sent in a support ticket, and now get to wait on my only day off over the next two weeks, for a response. the people on my server are not particularly impressed either. Anybody else have this Cancellation issue?
