Is there a way to get the ark server data? I run a server with another person and i want to branch off but keep my buildings and dinos. Is there anyway to do so?

we have x3 XP 3x Gather and actually 4x tame, the max lvl cap is 100 along with the dinos however that more then likely will be raised depending on a few things. (devs ading stuff mod updates or new mods if you guys want it to be raised ect.) the server has standard PVE on the weekdays with PVP weekends kicking on at 11:59 PM EST on Friday nights to the same time Sunday with random events scattered around the world during the week. some of which include fixed base raids and dino bounty hunts! (for more information about these events find me in game or PM me here) there are prizes for the winners of the events and pvp is allowing during announced events! (I.E. fixed base raids, convoys ect.) to make things a little risky during them. These events are staged within equal range of everyone who the host or admins have located(a general location or exact depending on what youd like us to know) and planned the events accordingly so everyone has a fair chance to get there and snag the loot! if the server becomes popular enough we will build a PVP arena for those who don't wish to wait for the weekend to prove your worth to another tribe! if you'd like to join us the current name of the server and IP is listed below along with what mods are active currently! we are a newish server with currently three stable tribes and various lone wolves populating the server. admins are a common sight here and they are raiders and are raid-able with no draw backs aside from getting raided back of course! if they discover who did it, those who speak in global are generally rather helpful as well! This is basically me trying to contact someone to help as the ticket service member that i have been speaking to has been less than helpful. Basically i have been having lots of lag issues while having a max of 5 people on a 30 person server, and was told they would move me to a more powerful machine as the first person called it. The person i contacted the next time since the first person never got back to me said he would do that but first i needed to download the entire server myself as a backup, which i'm fairly sure isn't necessary in order to save my world. I tried doing it anyway but a lot of it was failing to transfer and it was getting to like over 25gb of space. it kinda stopped on it's own so i redownloaded just the saved folder which is all i assume was necessary. And now no one has gotten back to me. Second problem is my level cap issue. The control panel recently introduced the server config tool and has the ability to modify player lvls/ cap etc. But My server is still stuck at lvl 67 even though the default now is supposed to be lvl 78. The person i spoke to briefly sent me a link which is https://www.reddit.com/r/ARK/comments/3cpifk/editing_custom_server_settings/ That barely answered my first question but i asked another 3 times does that mean the config tool just doesn't work then? Because i don't really have the time to write out the entire thing and with that link i'm not sure i know how to exactly either. Any attempt to get a response about this has been ignored. ive been using FTP to manually save local copies of my world state for my server, i generally just download the entire "saved" folder to my local disk, however this process takes a lot longer then id like (probably just my download speed) but either way id like too know if anyone either backs it up differently( like a different way to back it up) so it will go faster or if they just simply download a specific set of files. help would be great!

But the mods wont work on my server. I dont now whay. I uploaded the mods on the mod folder with an ftp tool. As you can see i rigth the mods in my parameters. But it wont work can you pleas help me?

I tried to pay my invoice 3 times over the past few days but every time I go to the "account" section on the control panel the screen just turns white and never loads, it's consistent even now and my account is in suspension because I cannot pay for my server. My support ticket is 325197. I backed up my server files beforehand via ftp so I'm not worried about loss of data, just looking to get it back up as soon as you guys can help me out.

So this is getting ridiculous and confusing and I would appreciate if anyone can help. All I want to do is change my server name to different than what it is now, I first tried changing by control panel and hitting update and restart and that did nothing then I went into FTP files and changed GAmeUserSEttings.ini file and same thing with the trying to change the gather rates and taming speed when I tchanged that then hit update/restart server, it all reset. Please help.
