My server was moved to a better machine for launch (which was doing well). But now the server is "stopping" itself 30 + times a day, i was at 60/60 cap all day but now im bleeding players. This is a Major issue and i would guess hardware related Ive had a ticket in for 12 + hrs asking to be moved to a different machine with the same specs. So far no response. I dont know whats causing this ive done all the troubleshooting i can do on my end.

This is basically me trying to contact someone to help as the ticket service member that i have been speaking to has been less than helpful. Basically i have been having lots of lag issues while having a max of 5 people on a 30 person server, and was told they would move me to a more powerful machine as the first person called it. The person i contacted the next time since the first person never got back to me said he would do that but first i needed to download the entire server myself as a backup, which i'm fairly sure isn't necessary in order to save my world. I tried doing it anyway but a lot of it was failing to transfer and it was getting to like over 25gb of space. it kinda stopped on it's own so i redownloaded just the saved folder which is all i assume was necessary. And now no one has gotten back to me. Second problem is my level cap issue. The control panel recently introduced the server config tool and has the ability to modify player lvls/ cap etc. But My server is still stuck at lvl 67 even though the default now is supposed to be lvl 78. Because i don't really have the time to write out the entire thing and with that link i'm not sure i know how to exactly either. Any attempt to get a response about this has been ignored.
