FNBaker

My friend and I just got back onto the server today after not playing for a few days. We were reset to spawn without any saved player data it seemed and after exploring we realized the world had been reset. No settings have been changed since the start of the server. It's not working to go back to a backup for some reason. Can anyone help? I have a claim ticket but would really like to play on it asap.
