I purchased a 4gb server last night at around 10pm PST. The local multiplayer one I was playing got corrupt, again, when the machine that was hosting it froze up. Restart and start doesn't seem to do anything but refresh the page. I decided to invest and rely on the 30 minute backups you provide. I already submitted a ticket, almost 12 hours ago, but just wanted to be sure there wasn't something I was supposed to do on my end. Any help is appreciated, it's mostly just for my 14 yr old brother, and maybe some of his friends. He comes home from school later and wanted it to be ready for them. Thanks in advance!
