Where is the server config file located? Is it under: /server/experimental/cfg ? All I see is a users.cfg no server. I am also looking to turn off decay and ai (Scientists) does this commands for config file look right? decay.upkeep: False ai.npc_enable: False decay.duration_override: 0 I used to have them all set but my server got transferred or something wrong with it and was repaired lost all settings I set year ago. Thanks for help.

I am looking for a way to make it so that in chat it says welcome <player name> please be respectful and enjoy your time on the server. for every player that connects. I know the rust admin tool can do it but needs to be up and running on my computer the whole time however I do not want to do that as an option. Is there another option to do it? I do not want to make my vanilla server a modded server and show up under modded servers. Any help would be great! Much appreciated
