I've got three suggestions after getting used to my new server and it's handy dandy Control Panel: Time stamps on the Backups (Unless numbers like 07-00-01 and 13-00-01 are supposed to tell time? I still prefer the 00:00:00 format, and an option to choose between 24hr time and 12hr time wouldn't be bad either!). An option to Update/Validate every single time the server restarts, for the paranoid. A better Mod ID box... I think making it bigger or expandable/collapsible, or even have an option to just upload your own modlist.txt in that spot would be great. Because for right now I've accidentally overwritten parts of the box when copying/pasting it's contents, and I just prefer to see everything at once rather than a few id's at a time. That's all for now, other than that the Control Panel is pretty convenient and has most of what we need.

Hello folks at SS! Not sure if this is the right place to post this so I apologize if it isn't. I just purchased a server about 15 minutes ago and while the payment went through on Paypal and through my bank (both completed, not pending) it still says it is Pending on the Survival Servers website. I can access my account on the main site but it hasn't registered as completed there either, just says it's pending. I'm hoping to get this fixed asap as I have a short time window to play today, and I have to get mods set up too. Thanks in advance for any help! Edit: I still have the original purchase page open, it's refreshing endlessly. Edit2: I completely missed the Support Center, so I'll go ahead and submit a ticket. Edit3: My problem's been resolved, just took some time. Thanks everyone!
