So I’ve been looking at adding some element in to our Ragnorok server since with current play times 10 artifacts on a constant farm to get 65 element is not viable for us. We will fight the boss eventually but to play with tek stuff we want another element drop option. So I’m hoping to add it to the dinos or the beacons in small amounts to encourage hunting of alphas or not ignoring beacons. Everything I’ve seen about adding to dinos didn’t seem to have much success according to the forum post about it. Anyone have any experience with this? I tried the following code but doesn’t seem to work. So if I am on the island and wand to move to Ragnarok all I need to do is change her server settings since I am ascended? If I don’t want to move anything over I can just start a new one once I change it to Ragnarok? Thanks!

And it’s just a free dlc? Do I have to download it some how. That part was Confusing me too. I’m going to check out the obelisk thanks for the answer!!

So i recently started playing Ark and am loving it, so much so I rented a server. Now I've seen the wyverns and want one but scorched earth doesn't look like my style, so i found ragnarok. From reading about it it sounds like it's unlocked after i ascend 2 times which has something to do with the bosses. But as i'm renting a server here do i still need to do that to start on ragnarok? Can i move my guy to that server only if he is ascended? any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

Oh I also turned on admin log or whatever. Someone told me I had to do that. Didn’t change anything for me.

So I rented the server so unless I need to do anything I might have missed then yes I am owner. By admin code is that the server password or something different? Maybe that’s my trouble. I am hitting options then hitting L1, R1, Square, Triangle. Get the box at the top and typed in several things. One was just server password, other was password then request access which I read somewhere and one was password and enablecheats. Once I’ve typed any message and I hit the button next to it nothing happens. So maybe I’m using the wrong admin code?

Do the admin commands/cheats not work on a rented server? I can never find one type of dinosaur to spawn in any area it says high chance of so I wanted to spawn one to see how tough it is to tame. Tried a bunch of different ways but after hitting L1, R1, square, triangle I was able to type stuff in but then nothing happened the words just sat there and I tried a few different tries from a few website. Nothing happens no matter what I type. Were they taken out? If still in why does nothing happen when I finish typing.

So if I change the map of the server I’m renting it’s a full restart of everything or can characters/Dino’s be moved at all? Also if we change back is the original map info saved for any length of time?
