I'm now having this since I host a Extinction Core mod. It updated today and left my server "restarting" causing me to unable to restart or stop the server. Now its on stopped and unable to proceed anywhere.

I'm getting the same thing and I feel as if it's mod related for my sake. During the morning to night, server works fine restarting and everything. Turn off during the night and when restarting in the morning, everything mod related is gone. The backups don't work and I lose about 8-10 hours of myself and others playtime. Already sent in quite a few tickets but to no avail. They just keep answering me that my saves are backing up and not telling me if it's mod related.

Was quite going well last night, even after the automated restart we gotten last night back into restarting. Worked well, stopped the server around 12 last night. Back from school this morning, and server is unknown again. Help, thank you! Game ID #35430 Ticket #805937

Was going great last night, I felt like I was experiencing some pretty fast loading times there. It felt pretty great, but wish it was like that everytime every time. Been 3-4 days now, and I'm still just waiting. I've lost a couple folks already, and they're planning on buying from other hosts. I'm still sticking but seriously, you said you fixed it 3 times and it's just not fixed. Another Unknown status here this morning with Locked Intervention. Currently 9:00 a.m. CST. You can say that again. The lock intervention was finally taken off, updated my server started and ready, tried to get on and then went right back to "unknown". Please help. Feels like I might be spending this first month asking for it, coming off as a new customer. Just coming back on and thinking things would resolve atleast. Website is having a slow turn for the worst in stability, servers are somehow just going into "Unknown" statuses, and slow responses to tickets (but prob because there's 100's of them) Recently just bought the server a day ago for the first time in doing so, and so I'm not feeling it since I was the one to convince buds to pool money together pay for a quarterly so please don't let us down. Hello bruce here. I was also recommended Survival Servers to help me host for my friends. We all pooled money together to get a good few months together with a good 5+ mods. Including Extinction: Core being the overhaul. I was able to get my server live but I stopped it to go and I went off to watch the superbowl. Came home to test my server again, but now I get an "unknown" status. I checked/toggled the CMD and MOD list to clean them for a clean install but to no avail. Server ID #35430
