Steam offers refunds, what is their philosophy?

My biggest issue is that they are still selling servers. You can't get the ones that have already been paid for working reliably, so why keep selling more? I get that the game just came out and there is a higher demand than you probably anticipated, but cmon.

Seriously what is going on? You can't blame all this stuff on the game and Funcom. I've played on servers hosted by other providers with hardly any problems. Can you guys at least post on twitter or something more often and let us know what is happening?

Can sub users with the ability to stop/start/restart view the server config and see the admin pword?

Hey my server has 10 people on it and is lagging really bad, people are rubberbanding and dying without any notice. I restarted the server, Most of my users are in NJ which is right next to NY. Anything weird going on over there?

Is there at least someone in New York or wherever working on this? Or should i just go to bed and come back tomorrow?

What is going on with my server? I have a friend who just bought a server from you guys an hour ago and his is up and running. It's been over 24 hours, I have tried literally everything. Because it's taken so long half the people who were going to play with me are now gone to other servers. At 540PM I got a ticket response that said it would be up soon, its now 5 hours later and its still doing the same thing.
